I am just so confused with the way Zazzle shows our earnings. I just got my first check today, and I have no clue if it is the sum for ALL the $$ I earned from my shops, or just one. I wish they had a way to explain the checks and which shop it came from. I'm just at a loss on all of this. I know a few of my shops were going to get a check this month.
HELP.

Thanks, but I think I'll stick with checks. I just wish I knew how to keep track of my different stores, and does Zazzle have anyplace they let you see your last check?

Yeah, I noticed the moneies are very confusing. That is my one thing that bugs me about Zazzle....can't check all shops from one location and get an idea of what your totals are.
*sigh*

I received one check, I think it was what was due from the shops that qualified for a check, but I sure don't know how to go check and what my bonus was. I want to keep some kind of record, X shop made $$ in June, XXX shop made $$ in June, etc. and be able to match my check to the money.
Hilly has been at Zazzle for a long time and I wonder how she does it.
HILLY !!!! I need you.

A year and a bit is long ??
Hilly made herself a spreadheet where she notes the sales for each day (has been lucky to have some everyday this month ), with columns for the shops, and a total sum below. One sheet for each month. The numbers can vary a bit, as converted monies (sales in GBP or Australian $$$ etc) change - but she has no incentive to go back and correct the figures, but gets a general idea of what she´s due.
She uses PayPal to get paid, because for a cheque she has to pay fees at the bank. Also she can use the PP balance for her internet shopping and loose not a single $$.
As far as she can tell the payments are made by shop - those that qualify for a pay-out get paid out, the others get carried over. She mostly gets more than one payment - would be nice if the shop name was included!
Bonus is paid when it´s cleared, i.e. the 30-days have passed when the customers could return the products.
Hope it helps a bit - we all have been asking for the payments to be pulled together. I know the powers-to-be are listening and feverishly working on ways to better the site and their service. That they are quiet in the forum doesn´t mean things are happening.

Thanks Hilly, I think I'll have to start a spreadsheet, too. Does Zazzle combine shops on the checks? Will I get a separate check for each shop that qualifies for a check that month?
I got a rather big one on Sat. I really don't know if it's one shop with the bonus from other shops, or all my shops together.

No idea - and I hope they make it easier to understand soon. Until now though the complete payout matched my figures, so I´m a happy bunny
